What is Coolside Productions?
A place to make creative things happen. Founded in 2008, Coolside started as an idea to make off-beat, unique, and individual entertainment goals achievable. It’s since developed into a resource for many content creators within the tri-state area. With no idea too wild and no concept too bizarre, Coolside also strives to help directors and creatives alike share a common voice through writing, editing and promotional techniques and services. Whether it’s podcasting, television, film or radio, Coolside’s goal is to provide a creative outlet and to make creative dreams into a reality.
The Nothing Pod
“The Nothing Podcast with Nobody Important” is the first podcast under the umbrella of Cool Side. Described as a passion project podcast spearheaded by its co-hosts John Panepinto and Frank Caiati.

You’re only as good as your final edit. We’ll provide general clean up and editing for podcast audio that allows for a clean and concise narrative. Taking raw audio files, polishing, prepping & exporting each episode for various channels i.e. iTunes, Spotify etc.

About me
John Panepinto is a NY based content creator. Born and raised in south Brooklyn, he graduated from CUNY Brooklyn College with a degree in Television and Radio Production with a minor in English studies. During his time at BC he developed a morning talk radio show called “The Cool Side of the Pillow” where he developed skills in hosting, editing, writing and sound production. From there he ran sound design for a while in the private sector, in auditoriums for large corporate gatherings and town halls.
